Mississippi State is the first school to offer 2017 Augusta (Ga.) Aquinas wide receiver Justin Gibbs. The 6-foot-1, 194-pound Gibbs has been a standout at offseason events the past two years, so it's no surprise he's starting to get some serious looks. Great job by the State staff to get in an offer first.
