Mississippi State offensive lineman Jesse Ramil is back in the portal on Wednesday after transferring in from James Madison in January. He’d been working at both guard and tackle throughout the spring. I don’t know if he was going to have the length to play tackle in the SEC, and I was beginning to question his power potential as a guard. State already had some work to do with its offensive line though. At the very least, Ramil was going to add experience to the room and could’ve helped fill out the depth chart, but he’s probably more interested in starting. Just don’t know if his abilities were translating to the SEC. I’ll be at the spring game this weekend and will report back with more info on the offensive line.
