It's a bad enough oversite that he's not in the Rivals 250 for 2017 but to not have him as 1 of the top 35 backs in the country is criminal. Somebody dropped the ball on this 1. Cam Akers is the best football player in the state but Kylin is the best pure RB in the state & 1 of the top in the Southeast. Come on Rivals you guys have to do better.
