When you name your school after what slaves in your state used to call the slave owners wife (Ole Miss)...and when you were strongly considering the name Ole Massah (I swear I am not making this up...do your own research) as your school name....and when you have a race riot when an african american president wins a second term....
And...when you bribe players family members and lie and cheat and do all the skullduggery sh*t your program does to get top recrutis.....
Then it comes to no surprise that your program might be cursed and never get the breaks to come out on top. You may think Auburn was just really lucky tonight...or maybe Ole Miss is just really unlucky....or maybe they have done so many things that have rubbed so many people the wrong way.....and maybe because of that they are just cursed.
