I just posted this on the LSU board.
Maurice Hampton is very quiet, but he talked a little about LSU and two schools that are right behind the Tigers.
Hampton said, "I am still committed to LSU to play football and baseball. The coach I have the best relationship from all of the schools is Corey Raymond. I like the football and baseball programs there.
"I have family in Louisiana, close to Baton Rouge and I grew up a big LSU fan. I am still strong with my commitment, but I am still looking around too.
"Miami and Mississippi State are schools I have visited and I would put them right behind LSU right now.
"I went to Miami about a month ago for the Virginia Tech game and I liked it a lot. I like the football and baseball coaches. I actually have some friends that are going to play baseball there.
"Mississippi State is a good place and I have known the baseball coach there for a while."
