Cooke Earns Spot On Ray Guy Award Preseason Watch List

STARKVILLE, Miss. – Standout Bulldog punter Logan Cooke has been named to the 2017 preseason watch list for the Ray Guy Award, given to college football’s “Punter of the Year.”

Cooke is one of 29 candidates from around the nation and just six from the Southeastern Conference named to the watch list. Last season, he totaled 44 punts with an average of 40 yards per kick. The senior also showcased his precision, placing 22 punts inside the 20-yard line.
