I'm making my first trip to Starkville in September. I was talking to someone that said it was a dry county. I didn't see anything recent about it online. Can someone let me know what the laws around alcohol are around there? TIA

The area right around the school isn't dry but the outlining areas are. If you're staying in Starkville you should be fine.
