STARKVILLE – In a pregame ceremony Saturday, 20 Mississippi State seniors will be honored before playing their final game inside Davis Wade Stadium as the Bulldogs (6-4, 2-4 SEC) will take on the Arkansas Razorbacks (2-8, 0-6 SEC) in an 11 a.m. matchup on ESPN.
The seniors include: S Johnathan Abram, S Stephen Adegoke, SNP Joel Baldwin, DT Tre Brown, OL Deion Calhoun, QBNick Fitzgerald, DE Gerri Green, DT Grant Harris, DT Braxton Hoyett, WR Jesse Jackson, C Elgton Jenkins, TE Justin Johnson, RB Dontavian Lee, S Mark McLaurin, CB Jamal Peters, CB Chris Rayford, OL Marlon Reese, DE Montez Sweat, DT Cory Thomas and RB Aeris Williams. The senior class had produced a 30-19 record, which is the eighth-most by a senior class in school history. One more victory puts them in a tie for sixth, and two victories would be for fifth place. The senior class has reached a bowl game every year of their careers and produced multiple nine-win seasons. They own six victories over top 25 teams.

Mississippi's Adjutant General and a 1982 Graduate of Mississippi State and the ROTC program, Major General Janson D. Boyles, who serves as the Commanding General of both the Mississippi Army and Air National Guard, will lead the crowd in the Pledge of Allegiance on Saturday directly preceding the flyover. He will be accompanied on the field by the Assistant Adjutant General, Brigadier General Mike Nabors, who ensures the readiness of the 172nd Airlift Wing and Combat Readiness Training Center.
National Anthem
Saturday's national anthem will be performed acapella by Sergeant Landon Knowlton of the 288th Sapper Company of the Mississippi Army National Guard.
Ring of Honor
Bulldog football legends Walt Harris and Art Davis will become the newest inductees into the Bulldogs' "Ring of Honor" in a ceremony Saturday at halftime. Harris and Davis will become the eighth and ninth MSU legends enshrined in the "Ring of Honor" respectively, joining Johnie Cooks, Jack Cristil, Joe Fortunato, Kent Hull, D.D. Lewis, Tom "Shorty" McWilliams and Jackie Parker. Fortunato was inducted last October.
