Since we don't have anyone on the ground in Starkville, we obviously can't get a great deal of information on the camps since we're not there. However, I was able to gather some intel from sources in the MSU program.
2017 MSU WR commit Austin Williams made the trip from Ocean Springs to watch an MSU camp. He didn't participate, but he got quality time with the coaches. The word on Williams is that his testing numbers aren't that great, but one the field, there's no denying his productivity. Williams is one of my favorite recruits in the class of 2017.
2016 signee Cam Dantzler was out there hanging out.
2017 WR Nijeel Meeking camped at MSU. His lone offer right now is from MSU. Southern Miss LB commit Freddie Hartz also made the trip.
